Day 3, 20th august

Breakkie at 8 o clock was banana quinoa-oatmeal w spices, YUM.
After school I still had energy, headed to gym and did an amazing leg-round! 6 exercises, 30 reps, 3sets 👌👌
No time for lunch, but brought an apple and banana to eat on the metro.
During a surpriseparty for my friend this afternoon I had sooo much. About 1,5c of homemade hummus, 4-5 slices of wholewheat bread and some olives, sundried tomatoes & grapes…
Its now 22:00 and im still stuffed, haha 😊 But I still had some watermelon & 2 kiwis with my roiboostea
